Growing up in a humble Samoan family, solid in our Christian faith, I was taught with God anything is possible. When I was 7 years old, I was a radio announcer with Faiumu Faletuai on Fofoga Samoa Saili Malo 1386AM and also on Niu FM with Paul Niumata. I also performed at the Christmas in the Park Concert in 2005 and I am currently a choir tutor at Papatoetoe Methodist Church.
I have successfully released my first CD with Matafua Faamatuainu called “Lou Loimata”. I also acted in New Zealand’s leading drama – Shortland Street as Manino Tolio and also in commercial advertisements. I was crowned as Miss West Auckland in 2010, and also participated in the Annual Secondary Polyfest Fuataimi Competition and won the Fuataimi Awards in 2009 and 2010.
Throughout these experiences I have grown into a mature young Samoan lady who takes responsibility for her actions, possesses the virtues of perseverance and humility, patience and trustworthiness. I have learnt with God, that everything is possible, with the help of a supportive family.
